ANNAPOLIS, Md., May 15. — The grand jury found true bills and indictments to-day against the late board of county commissioners, for knowingly appointing three judges of election of the same party as a majority of themselves, in the First precinct of the First district, also against the judges of election in the Second district, of moving polls, judges of the Third district for holding a fraudulent election and in the Fourth for letting no one into the polling room to see the count of tickets, and against Elijah J. Bond for stuffing the ballot-box in the same district. The grand jury then adjourned sine die.
